Paola was the best! She was genuine, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable — I learned so much about the history. This was easily the best tour I’ve had in a long time! She answered all our questions and went above and beyond, even giving us authentic local restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend booking with her!

She was very friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable, sharing lots of fascinating stories about Madrid’s history, culture, and hidden corners. Her explanations were clear and lively, and she made the whole experience feel personal and fun. At the end of the tour, she went above and beyond by recommending great places to visit and things to do around the city — from local food spots to lesser-known attractions. As a lovely final touch, she even treated us to some delicious cookies, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful way to explore Madrid’s old town — full of charm, history, and great company. Highly recommended!
