Carlota was an absolutely fantastic guide! Her passion for Madrid, deep knowledge of the city’s history, and engaging storytelling made the tour both informative and entertaining. She created a friendly atmosphere, answered every question with enthusiasm, and shared many local tips that we would never have discovered on our own.The tour was well organized, full of interesting facts, and gave us a much deeper appreciation of Madrid. We did the essentials tour with Stuart. It was a great introduction to the city. He was very knowledgeable and even better, he good jokes To keep the tour going. He was courteous of people wanting to make stops and finding shade. He was very genuine and offered us recommendations for continuing our visit in Madrid
